According to great physicist Albert Einstein Proposed Theory of General Relativity almost 100 years ago , explaining that space is like a fabric and it bends when heavier objects are placed into it .

He said that if Heavier objects can produce bends in space time fabric then moving objects can produce ripples in space. He named this ripples as GRAVITATIONAL WAVES

Einstein just predicted a possibility on the existence of gravitational waves on basis of his theory and also said that its impossible to detect gravitational waves but In 2015 LIGO observatory detected gravitational waves after 100 years of Einstein's theory.

HOW GRAVITATIONAL WAVES ARE PRODUCED..?????

Gravitational waves are produced when two objects rotates around each other , But strong Gravitational Waves two extremely heavier objects should interfere with each other. Gravitational waves produced by planets or even by human beings are negligible .

SOURCES OF GRAVITATIONAL WAVES

1. Black holes

Black holes are the objects infamous in the universe for their tremendous mass and gravity. They Rotate around each other and eventually collide too resulting in the formation of strong gravitational waves. The waves detected by us in 2015 were originated 1.3 billion years ago to from two colliding black holes.

2. Neutron Stars

Neutron stars too have Enormous masses and very much High gravity and they revolve around to produce large and strong gravitational fields.

3. Super Nova Explosions 

Super nova explosions too result in the formation of the Large amount of matter and Elements in space in addition this lethal explosions produces tremendous amount  of gravitational Waves.

EFFECT ON HUMAN BODY

Gravitational waves travel in the space time fabric with out any medium , when it passes through human body it result in, Human body will squeeze and stretch repeatedly , and this will happen to all objects and planets.
